The Association has within it a very strong, local history team. Orginally four members, it is now three following the sad and untimely death of Mike Lloyd.
In March 2015, the team of Carol, Pam, Mike and Ray published a very-well received book of local history called ‘From Bricks to Villas’. Limited quantities of this book are available from Carol, Pam or Ray or by emailing the team at [email protected].
The team have now completed the second volume, "The Green by the Hollow Way", and it was published last Thursday, 29th August. It is in the same format as the original book and printed in full colour throughout.
